If you are looking for a fun, laid back spot with great food, located in a perfect area close to all the action, shopping, beach, and bars the HASHDERA 34 RESTAURANT is a definite must!

Hashdera 34 has a rich menu of really delicious cuisine!!!
We were recommended to start with the FOCACCIA - with grinded tomatoes, garlic paste and olive oil , warm, soft and just the right amount of garlic, ROASTED EGGPLANT- tahini, olive oil, grinded lemon, parsley, and tomatoes ,CAESAR SALAD - iceberg lettuce and croutons, fresh and garlicky .

For our entrees - CHICKEN BREAST CUTLETS- in marinara sauce, SALMON FILLET - in miso sauce, sweet and tangy, totally melt in your mouth , CHEF HAMBURGER- house ketchup sauce,tomato, mayo,pickles- pure perfection!!

Dessert-HOME MADE PROFITEROLE - Very light and delicate with a wonderful cream
filling , BISCUIT CAKE-perfectly layered, and really sweet and tasty!

Everything was beyond phenomenal!! The food was amazing and the staff was super professional and cozy!!
One of the best parts were the delicious cocktails that we were served!!!

FOR ALL YOU CARNIVORES OUT THERE!!! THE MEAT KITCHEN HAS ARRIVED!

Yummmmmmm, if you are meat lovers like us then you will be totally ecstatic to hear about the new restaurant that has just opened. Oh, and for all you kosher folks out there, well, it's all kosher!!!
We are talking about the amazing MEAT KITCHEN- CHEF RESTAURANT!

Last night we were invited to the chic launch of MEAT KITCHEN located at Yigal Alon Street in Tel Aviv. The interior design is very classy and rustic, French Brasserie style. We couldn't wait to start tasting the delicacies of Chef Nadav Netser of Messa restaurant,Raphael and Shulhan, and Chef Elad Levi of Bustan and Archie restaurants.

We started with the Endive Salad - Iceberg lettuce, shallots, nectarines, nuts, pineapple and vinaigrette sauce, so fresh and crunchy, Sashimi Sol fish- watermelon, Midori sour, shallots, cilantro, mint leaves, chili pepper, and watermelon caviar,was unique and phenomenal, Sol Fish- roasted tomato paste, Arisa, and lemon .

For our main dishes we got a big platter stacked with a variety of delicious meats! Ribs, Entrecote ,Chorizos and Sinta! All fresh, melt in your mouth, remarkable meat, and did we mention it's all kosher!! AMAZING!!! All cooked perfectly medium rare!

Dessert- Fruit Salad- Mango cream, watermelon, watermelon caviar, melon, pineapple, nectarine, melon and peach sorbet- , Chocolate Mousse -Chocolate truffles, Tonka and Coffee cream, Pina Colada caviar, Oreo rumble and Blackberries, scrumptious and mouthwatering! -, Apple and Honey - apple cream Smith apples granita, apple sorbet, Meringue powder, Twill apples, and honey Timin Sauce, pure perfection!

Great sophisticated ambiance, fun music , tasty dishes, and topnotch service. Meat kitchen is an absolute fabulous dining experience.Highly recommended for serious steak eaters!!!

ON TOP OF THE WORLD!

OF ALL THE NOISES KNOWN TO MEN, OPERA IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE ;)

BUT TRUELY WORTH IT!!!

Oh Georges Bizet, you are our hero! Pure genious!! We know and love Carmen but Les pêcheurs de perles - The Pearls Fisher- which we obviously heard of (It's his first opera), we have never seen! So, we were clearly excited to be invited to the premier held at the glamorous Tel Aviv Opera House.

The world premier of THE PEARLS FISHER was held in Paris , September 1863. Unfortunatly none of us were born at that time but luckily the show lives forever and now we get to enjoy it here, in amazing Tel Aviv.

This beautiful opera was conducted by the talented and famous Steven Sloane (originally from LA).

The opera takes place in a small fishermans wharf in Sri Linka. Two fishermen, Nadir and Zurga, childhood friends, fall inlove with the same woman but did not want their love for her to ruin their friendship. Leila is that woman. In her title and position (goddess ) she is not allowed to have any contact with men, she has to stay pure. Well, this is an opera as you know, and there must be drama, so obviously Leila falls inlove...with Nadir and he is inlove with her as well and to find out what happens you must see the show!! No Spoilers !
Bizet's original operas (at his time) were accepted by audiences. These days , as we all know and truly don't admit, the audience prefers REALITY. Reality over beautiful legends. So this adaptation of the Opera has just that: a perfect mix of an opera from the 1800's and the reality age of the 2000's.

One more super unique point is that the choir in this opera plays a very important role. They are present almost through out the whole opera on stage and they play an important role in the progression of the story.

The power is within the people themselves, they choose their leader, Zorga, and in conclusion they are the ones who decide and demand their rules (the death sentance).

Playing Leila is the magnificent Christina Pasaroiu (Romanian), Nadir played by Alexei Dolgov, Zurga played by Nikolai Mikhailovich.

The show is absolutely magnificent with wonderful staging and glorious costumes. You are deeply touched again and again with the intensity of passion, love and despair.
