WINE, WINE AND MORE WINE!!! SALUTE!

                                               

Okay, besides being totally delicious, wine, is tres healthy for us! Well, not a bottle a day ;) but a glass a day sure is.

* Studies find that people who drink wine daily have lower body mass than those who indulge occasionally, moderate wine drinkers have less abdominal fat and narrower waists than people who drink liquor!!
* RESVERATROL- it is a key ingredient that helps prevent damage to blood vessels and prevents blood clots. Resveratrol is also an antioxidant that keeps you young!! Can't get better than that!

WINE-

1. It MAKES YOU FEEL CLASSY- You can be at home in your sweats but with a full glass of wine in hand you will feel tres classy!
2. You don't feel bloated like you do after beer.
3. No one will judge you for drinking a glass of wine during the day. Wine is always permittable, especially after a stressful work day.
4. When you are wine drunk you are smart drunk. While when you are drinking vodka cranberries or some kind of other hard drink you are totally stupid drunk!
5. Isn't' wine technically fruit? Fruit is tres healthy ;)

So go grab that glass (or two, or three, heck grab that bottle!)  some cheese and put on a cheesy romantic movie while in your sweats all cozy in bed! Oh what a classy and cosy night!

Our faves -

Red Wine- Catena Malbec (from Argentina).
White Wine- Moscato and Gewurztraminer (just ask for Gevertz).

Cheese- We love -Asiago  (even though it is usually paired with Cabernet Sauvignon we still like it with our Gevertz). Boursin cheese is usually paired up with Gevertz if you are strict on proper pairing.
