Why is a winter wedding a pleasure you ask? Well, not only is it a pleasure but it is far more affordable than summer weddings. Everything is cheaper, the VENUE, florist, caterer and photographer. Since the wedding industry sort of comes to a halt in the winter, as winter tends to be a less busy time of year, many vendors will be looking to be hired.

This past weekend we were invited to stay at one of the two magnificent suites. One is called the SOUL SUITE and the other the SPIRIT SUITE. Ours was the Spirit suite which overlooks the beautiful nearby lake.

This is a great place organize an event; they have great staff and great events put on here! I had nothing but great times and great conversations there. The Los Angeles venues served slider and shrimp cakes as appetizers with chicken skewers, and eggrolls that had veggies on the inside and some kind of creamy fruit sauce on top.
